We had an issue with the pool, being drained out the days that we booked, and when we told them about it, they were very accommodating, and gave us a percentage back of our money. Very centric, but still calm due to good isolation. Big nice smelling room with a welcome drink and even some fruits and pastries. Pool on rooftop terrace with view at the catedral. Receptionist really helpfull with lot of Information.
