We had a couple of soft drinks in our fridge when we arrived and we asked to buy more but they said you get them complimentary which is amazing, I would 100% recommend this property and would defintely stay again 😊

We had a truly fantastic stay at Lemon Spaces Downtown. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the reception, even though we checked in very early in the morning (4 a.m.). The location is quite unique, as there is a synagogue on the street, which means that cars cannot enter the area during the night due to security reasons. However, the reception staff promptly resolved this for us, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. We were delighted to enter what we saw as a royal suite (apartment 4), which was named Ruby. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot to relax, offering a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Throughout our stay, we maintained constant communication with the reception team via WhatsApp. They were incredibly responsive and fulfilled every request we had, making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. We even conducted daily check-ins to ensure everything was going smoothly, and any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with thorough cleaning provided every day. The location of the apartment in downtown is ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions within walking distance. Overall, our experience at Lemon Spaces Downtown was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the heart of the city.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, but it’s the staff that truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly, they attended to all our needs. The roof on top made for a nice romantic dinner with my family, with an epic view of the pyramids. Location is very close to the airport and new cairo. For the price,if I was staying longer in cairo I would like to stay here since uber is so cheap (think US3-4 dollars to get to the pyramids). I have read too many horror stories about the giza hotels. This hotel isan amazing value. From the moment you book the staff is in touch with you via what's app. Building is very new and facilities are clean and modern. Area very safe. Perfect for short stay and close to groceries and restaurants.
