Our stay and activities was handled by Taha Abdelrahman and it was all simply flawless. Taha made our check-in and late check-out super easy, recommended some wonderful restaurants around for breakfast, lunch/dinner and sea food. In addition to this - he also recommended diving - which we took him up on. It was a wonderful experience. Our suite was fabulous, the view was gorgeous and everyone running this place has a smile or a warm greeting for you any time you see them and the staff - in our case, Taha - is always just a whatsapp message away. The location of the hotel allows you access to the nearby Orange beach, or gives you a chance to experience evening strolls on the Sheraton Promenade. Everything is clean, hygienic and it's truly an amazing experience to spend time here.
