IT WAS A LITTLE OUT OF THE CITY AND TRULY A FARM WITH LOTS OF ANIMALS. THERE WAS AN ENORMOUS PLAY AREA IF YOU HAD CHILDREN. OUR ACCOMMODATIONS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE COUPLE THAT RAN THE BED AND BREAKFAST WERE WARM AND WELCOMING. THE BREAKFAST THE NEXT DAY WAS AMAZING WITH FRESH BAKED ROLLS AMONG OTHER DELICIOUS ITEMS. WE REALLY LOVED OIUR STAY HERE.

Featuring a bar and views of inner courtyard, Hotel På Torvet is an aparthotel situated in a historic building in Ærøskøbing, 1.5 km from Ærøskøbing Strand. The pictures on booking .com did not do justice to the apartment. It was large with a separate kitchen and dining area with a spacious lounge. The decor was lovely and in keeping with the beautiful 17th century town. Breakfast was included with homemade bread and jams . The owner and staff were extremely helpful. Everywhere was within easy reach including a netto supermarket for shopping.
