Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay (family with small baby). The property is new, estetic and very practical. Our apartment was large and had absolutely everything inside we could have needed or wished for (coffee machine, fridge, dish washer, baby chair, baby crib, back-out curtains, diaper bin, you name it, it was there). The location is also fantastic, right by the sea in the middle of the Promenade. The swimming pools (one large one for babies) and spa were wonderful, particularly for a cold bad weather day. We even received baby slippers and a baby bathrobe for our little one! The breakfast was incredible, with a very wide selection of vegetarian/ vegan, healthy, lactosefree, glutenfree options. I have only seen similar breakfast quality and selection in 5* superior hotels. The underground parking has electric chargers for every parking slot! And last but not least, the service was incredible and very similar to 5* hotel service. Everyone was kind and tried to help, they engaged wonderfully with our child and catered to our needs in a way that was much higher and better than we expected. Overall it was not a cheap stay, but the value for money was incredible and we cannot recommend breeze enough!

Check-in & check-out was smooth. there is great wifi, parking. the suite had space for our bikes and space to have our son and his wife visit for dinner. the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was perfect. great shower & bathroom. the location is very quiet and only 5 min drive to Warnemunde. we will stay again when we return.

Each studio and apartment is fully equipped with a modern, living area and a bathroom. Big balcony and amazing breakfast. We did not have a fridge in the room, but the small one was brought at the last day of our stay. Location is nice, one of the best in Binz.

Just 500 meters from Kühlungsborn Beach on the Baltic Sea, these bright, individually designed apartments feature a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. It was so lovely decorated. The owner Nicole is very friendly and helpful. She makes sure you have everything you need. The apartment we had was at the boulevard and we could walk there within 1 minute. Very convenient! The sauna in the apartment was also a big pro plus the lovely outside space with the beach chair! Overall would definitely recommend!

Fabulous location with the most glorious sunset ever and super helpful staff. The owners had been very thoughtful in providing practical touches to make our stay comfortable.
