The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the kitchenette proved invaluable for preparing meals when we didn't feel like going out.

This 3-star apartment hotel is situated in the chestnut tree-lined Klosterallee avenue in Hamburg’s elegant Harvestehude district, near the Alster Lake. Very good room, well equipped kitchen. Accommodation is close to public transport, in very safe area. Very quiet area too. We arrived little early, and room was already ready for us, really great.

This is a novel style of accommodation, maybe not suiting all tastes but I was very impressed. The self-contained apartment had everything I needed, everything was new and of high quality in good condition. For the price it was really excellent value for money. The location is perfect, a short walk (1 minute !) from Bahnhof Altona. I also really liked the fact that there wasn't a dealing cleaning schedule by default.

The location was great, near the underground but also near a lovely road with restaurants and shops. It is a quiet and pretty neighbourhood but close enough to town and an underground line that pretty much takes you everywhere. The room was spacious and warm and well-appointed. The staff were really nice and helpful. I arrived early and was exhausted from a long flight and they were able to check me in earlier.
