Excellent comfort and location, easy contact with the staff, I do not need a physical reception, just the codes to the apartment and it was a perfect option for me, clean big apartment with all the facilities. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They were always in communication and responded quickly to questions. The key was sent by an app, which I was initially worried about but it was so easy. The apartment was beautiful. We were in the Am Wall #21 unit. It's completely renovated. It was beautifully redone, modern and roomy. We were very comfortable there. We had everything we needed. The location was good. The apartment has lots of window and looks out over a beautiful park area. We primarily came to visit the Christmas markets and it was about a 10 minute walk to the river promenade and 15 min to the main market in the city center. You could probably take a nearby tram into the city too, but we are walkers! I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning

The appartment was very clean and very nice. The keyless door worked perfectly, using our phone. If you use your phone a lot during the day. I think its a good idea to bring a power bank. Very short distance to parking, just across the street. Very short distance to the city, maybe 5 min walk. We visited the Christmas marked, very big and very beautiful. Walking along the river, watching all the Christmas lights. We will come back again, and rent apartment at Louis and Louise. We give you 5 stars.
