Quiet, except for the local resident who blared Bob Marley, but just for a couple songs, nothing wrong with that. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. A safe that works. Wonderful staff. If you want to be close the beach and Old Town action but get a good night sleep afterwards, this is a prime option.
