He was there to greet us at our room and even provided us with coffee the next morning. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel has a frog pond and a small walking trail. You can see many different types of frogs and birds in the trees. The Cabanas has one pool, however they are working on building another one, as well as a deck for the one that is currently in service.

Located amid coffee plantation fields, ApartHotel Villa Pacande & suites is just 10 minutes from Alajuela. It offers 24 hour front desk service and gardens. Great coffee with the breakfast. Wifi always accessible, if a little spotty in the further rooms. I asked to use the microwave in the attached restaurant, filled my water bottle there too. They consistently have English-speaking staff, nice seating area with a pool, plenty of outdoor space which was awesome.
