The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, they went extra lengths to support me and my family in many occasions, even with the language barrier. I would like to especially thank Xiao Zhang and one of the male staff (unfortunately didn’t get his name) who helped us with getting back my daughter’s phone that she accidentally left in a didi car..😓 we appreciated the hospitality and help so much! I highly recommend staying at this place.
