I really liked everything! Location and view is fantastic. The apartment I rented was perfectly kept, clean and very well organized. It has a huge and beautiful terrace. The bed is super comfortable with nice and clean sheets. Every day the room was cleaned and every 2 nights the linens and towels were changed. It had a nice kitchen equipped efficiently with all ones might need for light cooking. The breakfast items were available every day and replaced when finished. The room is warmed up with an easy to use pellet stove.

Anything we needed I knew all we had to do was ask Julio and he was on it quickly.

It was great staying at one of the famous palafitos in Castro - everything was perfect. Top front row to the river, well equipment, clean, a lot of space, beautiful bathroom, TV with Netflix etc., not far away from center, nice and helpful staff (also speaking English).

The place is 1 block away from the central plaza, where the restaurants and shops concentrate. It had a good shower, with hot water and a hair dryer. I was never cold, because I had an electric heater and an oil stove.
