The location is great, stunning views. We had an issue with the reservation caused by them, and they walked the extra mile to solve it.

Situated in Interlaken, Aparthotel Krone - Self Check-In is a recently renovated accommodation, 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal and 23 km from Giessbachfälle. The room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Every amenity was thought of. After a rough day of travel it was just what we needed. Would have liked to have stayed longer!

It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.

Proximity to interlaken west station(5 minutes walk) and to all stores made our stay pleasant and memorable. Apartment had a lift that made it easy with luggages and it had all the comforts and amenities. Really an exceptional apartment for the price.
