Lovely suite hotel in Banff, perfect for our family ski vacation. For a small fee we were moved to a room with a great view of the mountains. Super comfy beds, no noise, friendly staff and fresh coffee tea and milk brought to our room daily. It’s a 15/20 minute walk into Banff which suited us, there’s a free shuttle if you prefer. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. Would definitely recommend
The property was equipped with everything that we needed for a self catering holiday, the welcome treats were also a lovely gesture. I also asked for advise on where to eat locally and shop and all this information was given quickly and accurately, the hosts always replied very quickly to anything I asked. I would throughly recommend this property and would definitely book again. The beds were also very comfortable.
Did not rate the staff because virtually no contact with staff. Place was all it was described to be. Very good to have all the self catering kitchen facilities.
It is like a service apartment, very new and comfortable beds. Even has a dish washer! I was so delighted that they provide make up removal pads! Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Location is good as it is very near town with all the restaurants and food options. Highly recommend this hotel and price is very reasonable.
The condo hotel really exceeds my expectations
great facility at the HI Lake Louise, great on site restaurant. would eat here again for sure! but also nice clean kitchen which was well appointed if self catering.
The location was close to amenities and only a short drive to Lake Louise. Onsite restaurant was good, nice and handy. We went to the Pizza and Pasta Resturant - portions were good size and reasonably priced. Self catered for breakfast - room was well fitted out for self catering. Rooms were very warm, plenty of hot water and serviced daily. Quite location, lift available which made it handy to move our luggage.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The apartment hotel came with everything you need and more. We were busy traveling all fay and when we got back to the hotel it felt like home.
