It has a kitchen with basic utensils. It is a bit far from the beach, but on the corner is the city's shopping centre. The environment is quiet and very safe. Walking distance is about 15/20 minutes to good restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff is too serious, but attentive. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't try it; I understand they offer breakfast for a fee. Good value for money.
