The food was great; at breakfast and also in Garlic Restaurant. Spacious apartment and free fast speed internet. Three balconies with a great view. We travelled with a year old baby - the Kids Corner was beautiful. Overall our experience was memorable and looking forward to visit again.

Amazing place with sweet and accomodating people. I traveled with my mom who is 75 and has reduced mobility - everyone was super attentive and considerate. The hotel is not as busy in the summer and the staff is reduced - they still managed to do an outstanding job.

Family Luxury Apartment in SPA Resort Saint Ivan Rilski, Bansko está en Bansko. The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.
