The room was very large and clean, met all our requirements. The hotel staff was kind and pleasant, they helped us a lot with everything we asked for, and even offered us an extended stay at a cheaper price (due to the situation in our country). The hotel is close to everything in Bansko, the parking is right in front of the hotel entrance, and the view from the room is really beautiful.

Situato a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione sciistica, questo hotel offre appartamenti indipendenti con pavimenti in legno. È una base perfetta per sciare sui monti Pirin. Amazing place with sweet and accomodating people. I traveled with my mom who is 75 and has reduced mobility - everyone was super attentive and considerate. The hotel is not as busy in the summer and the staff is reduced - they still managed to do an outstanding job.

Family Luxury Private Apartment for 4 max 6 people in 4 star SPA Resort St Ivan Rilski, Bansko is a recently renovated aparthotel in Bansko, where guests can makes the most of its indoor pool,... The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.

L'appartamento dell'ultimo piano, dove siamo stati noi una notte, è nuovo, il letto è comodo, ci sono bollitore e macchina per il caffè con 2 cialde, la vista è sulle montagne, il posto auto l'abbiamo trovato sulla via e non è a pagamento. In bagno ci sono prodotti da bagno e c'è l'asciugacapelli.
