Just about everything…very organized, everything updated and new. Lots of little extras you might find in you own home. The layout was great. Very comfortable. Both patios were very nice and private. Will definitely stay there again.

Splash Apartments feature two boutique apartment complexes built in 2017 & 2024. All apartments include private balconies featuring views of Semaphore Road, lift-operated. Emmanuel was extremely helpful and efficient. On the first night I noted that there was no blind or curtain on the master bedroom window. I mentioned it to Emmanuel the next morning and he arranged for a maintenance man to come the next day and installed a black out curtain. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

Excellent location, so close to Rundle mall ,North Terrace and Rundle street. Staff at reception was extremely kind. Facilities were top notch. Excellent view of the city. Definitely coming back for an extended stay.
