I have stayed for 6 days, everything was perfect, nothing to complain about at all to be honest. The hotel is so clean which was the main thing I was looking for in my room and it was very spacious as well. Staff is friendly, and when I had any concern they would be so helpful and tried their best to help me. Location is 20 minutes away from city center with tram, tram and bus station is 5 minutes away. Metro station is 10 minutes away. Transportation system is amazing so you won’t feel that the hotel is far away at all. Vibes of the hotel is so cozy. Free coffee and tea are such a huge plus where I got my mug from my room and refilled my mug with coffee to drink in my own room. Kitchen in the room is amazing and I have used the microwave multiple times to heat my leftovers from the night before. Great facilities, clean, modern, great food and excellent staff. McKenna was friendly, helpful and attentive. Great customer service .

Wonderful Brazilian atmosphere, friendly staff - the hosts Nazaré, Larissa and Karine were welcoming and helpful with questions we had. Our room was big and comfortable, great value for the money. Very nice European/Brazilian breakfast and a lovely rooftop terrace with a view of Vienna!

The neighborhood is full off small shops and restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the subway, so you can reach the Centre of Vienna in 35 min. The apartments have two great shared terraces, which adds to the seaside resort feeling. There are at lest 6 playgrounds in the neighborhood, and no cars. The evening silence in gorgeous. The only sounds are crickets. Unreal. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans. There is a microwave and even a coffee machine. The staff is lovely, very polite and organized. Also - thank you for being really cool after we stained the bedsheets. I am so sorry and also so grateful for your kindness.
