This is a self catering apartment with many cafes restaurants supermarket shops around it. The facilities in the apartment were first class, from a great bathroom/wc/power shower with constant hot water. Towels, bed linen, lounge, bedrooms, kitchen space, balcony all in excellent condition and very clean/hygienic. Full credit and praise to the owner Niklas, who was in contact if needed. We would recommend this 4th floor apartment to anyone, and would certainly consider it again if we came to Villach.
Very home-like atmosphere, warm and helpful staff. Excellent dinner was a big surprise. Warm souo every day after skiing camewas such a lovely and tastfull idea. Sauna large enough, small fitness psoace...and all that in old fown town with river infront of the balcony! Just lovely place to stay!

Great location, private parking, modern reception, and common space with multiple facilities for the guests. colorful and functional design of the rooms. Super breakfast with multiple choices for vegetarians and kids as well. The hotel service was very helpful (the kitchen was closed when we arrived, but the lady from reception warmed up our pizza and brought us plates). The hotel staff speaks several languages, very easy to communicate. Easy late check-in. Many leaf-lets with additional information about activities near hotel.
Very clean and cousy. Parking place secured. Breakfast was delicious with home-like atmosphere, Also pleasant personel with good and very kind service provided.

everything at thisnplace is great! nice people, good acconodation, great breakfast, tasty diners, nice small home-like mini hotel. Im guest here for over 15 years, and they never dissapointed me.

The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped for self-catering. The covered terrace looking out over the beautiful garden was a bonus, as were the chickens whose eggs we enjoyed for breakfast. Good location five minutes from the Autobahn with great views. Kind and welcoming host.
