A good location for a stress-free holiday in Sevan, Sargsyan ECO house is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the garden. We loved our one night stay here, the room was spacious and warm, the dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved it. The location, the view, the superior room feels like a villa with amazing sea view. The restaurant's food and service was excellent. I loved there Jam! The guy at reception was so helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. He used Google translate all the time and it worked perfectly! Would come again ! The location is just magnificent.

Very good location, just 2 min to the lake Sevan and on foot you can reach Sevanavank monastery. Very clean, new facilities, delicious breakfast. Staff is polite, helpful and friendly, especially Robert and Naira. The nature around and air are amazing. We were very satisfied with the choice.
