The property manger is a very nice and welcoming person, he swiftly helped with everything I needed, the location is absolutely perfect, 5 mins walk from the beach, facilities are amazing and room looks exactly as what appeared on the picture, I’d love to stay there again whenever I’m in Duress.

Good value for money, we would come back for sure in the future. Receptionist was super helpful, friendly and gave us lots of useful information about what we asked. Highly recommended! :)

The accommodation is new, clean, full of amenities, and excellent value for money. Most importantly, the host was amazing, excellent communication, superbly friendly and accommodating to our family. What a lovely visit, wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property and the owner is simply amazing. Very clean, everything was new, organized, easy access and very child friendly. The vila is beautiful and easy beach access. You will not find a better place to spend your summer vacation. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate. We had an amazing time.

The property was in a very good location. It was close to the beach with good options for restaraunts and markets. The area felt very safe 😊 The apartment itself was very clean, organized, and it had everything you might need.

Review We have travelled 80+ countries and rarely find a 10 point gem but here we found one. Fabiana who hosted us did all what you expect as a guest but went over and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. The unit was well equipped, everything was clean and the outside patio was a big plus. The resort area itself is great for children with a big playground and a big pool area with a children's pool as well. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine which is great when travelling with children. Bring your own detergent is a tip! Kitchen is well equipped, it would be nice with a microwave but we did great without. There is plenty of restaurants nearby with great food. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the biggest downside was that the time here went to quick :-) Thank you for your great work. You well deserve a 10 for your hosting and kindness showed towards us. We will be back in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Albania, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Orlando and his brother were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, flexible with our schedule, and always available to assist with anything we needed. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The attention to detail in the apartment made it feel like a home away from home. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by Orlando and his brother. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly memorable. They were always just a phone call away, ready to provide recommendations, help with arrangements, or simply check in to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Albania. With such wonderful hosts and a fantastic place to stay, you can’t go wrong. The hotel owner was a caring woman, and i felt like home since the moment i went there. Room was clean, big enough for me and comfortable. There was wifi in the room, tv, big fridge, balcony and hot water.
