Thuishaven boutique-art mini-resort - adults-only in Willemstad provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Had a great stay at Thuishaven! Very affordable and comfortable place to stay that is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating (thanks for the bottle of wine!) and helpful when we needed any support or information. The very friendly cats were a special treat! Thanks for a great stay, guys!

Beautifully appointed apartment of a very high standard and elegantly decorated. Very thoughtfully equipped with appliances, air conditioning and a fully functioning kitchen including a dishwasher. Large balcony making everything feel light and airy.

FIXIE LOFTS Slow Life Villa offers accommodation within 4.7 km of the centre of Santo Domingo, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. It was the best stay ever in Santo Domingo! (I moved to Fixie Lofts during my stay in Santo Domingo cause I didn’t like my first accommodation) The location couldn’t be better—in the center of the Colonial Zone. It was really clean, neat, cozy, and spacious. Check-in and check-out processes were really easy, and instructions were very clear. They have everything to cook in the kitchen. The bed was spacious and super comfortable. I would love to stay in Fixie Lofts again when I return to Santo Domingo!

Situated in Noord, The Palm Leaf Apartments features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The pool was a lovely fixture, allowing us to cool off whenever we needed to. The induction stovetop was great for cooking our own meals. Smart TV let us watch Netflix whenever we felt like we just wanted to relax. Great internet service. Everything in the unit felt of high quality, especially the doors & locks.

Set within 200 metres of Castara Beach and 600 metres of Little Bay Beach, Castara Inn offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Castara. Best sea viewing spot in front of my door under a mango tree, a piece of paradise, rugged yet beautiful. Spacious room with big bathroom. Has everything you need. A bit like staying in my grandma’s when I was young: you can hear ppl walking upstairs while lying in bed, and plenty of birds like motmots early morning in the courtyard. Room has sliding glass doors, with curtains for sun blocking and privacy. Private cove reachable via a proper hike, staircase to start with but majority is along riverbeds and through bushes, rocks and tree trunks…be prepared, I had to wash my shoes after that 😂 also remember your way down, no signposts or anything like that, and getting lost in the bush when there is no mobile signal can be scary… Castara beach via paved road downhill and staircase, some may find it steep. Sunsets are amazing, boats, music, guys playing football in the twilight…very atmospheric. Good food options close by in the village. The ones recommended by hotel 👍🏻 About 1.5h drive from airport. Worth the trip if you ask me.

Situated in Deshaies and only 200 metres from Petite Anse Beach, Bikamado features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very clean facilities, a little hard to find but worth it and the owner who lives nearby was very friendly and helpfull

Vista Mare Ocean View Top Floor Condo, Samana features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 70 metres of Playa La Mara and 49 km of Pueblo de los Pescadores. The location is beautiful along with all it’s amenities and wonderful staff (shoutout to Maria from reception)!
