Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The lush gardens are sun kissed and teaming with birds and bees. I was armed with a book under the huge oak trees and did not a read a word. It was awesome to just do NOTHING.
The old-world spaciousness of unit was a great surprise and the kitchen is well stocked for family self catering.
Our host Gail was empowered to make things happen in a heart beat!

Nice welcome, very clean. Excellent for self catering - a proper kitchen with a good range of pots and pans, implements and enough crockery for 6. Good linen. Very nice filter coffee.
The hosts could not have been more accommodating and the breakfast the following morning was great. The rooms were so well equipped for self catering.
