CONDITION OF THE FACILITY STILL NEW AND MUST BE MAINTAINED AS SUCH, LIKED THE SWIMMING POOL, MY SON HAD HIS TIME IF A LIFE TIME. GOOD TASTE OF FURNITURE, IT GAVE THE HOME FEEL. COOLD COOK AS THOUGH I WAS IN MY HOME. THE OWNER WAS FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF ALL OUR NEED AND DIDN'T MAKE PAY FOR A BOWL BROKEN BY MY SON, EVEN THOUGH I SIGN THAT I WILL PAY SHOULD ANYTHING BE BROKEN. LIKED THE SMART TVAS WE COULD WATCH NETFLIX. OWNER IS VERY HOSPITABLE AND UNDERSTANDING TOO.

Everything was as it was advertised, they have most items needed for a self catering stay. The area is safe with a beautiful green view. We had a lovely display of fireworks from two separate locations (random), the lady who handles the keys was on time (to the minute), also the owner has properties all over SA, and you get a 15% discount to any of their other apartments 🙏. Aircon for Durbz hot weather.

It's right infront of the beach, close to Ushaka Marine World, the Harbour and Moses Mabhida Stadium. Nice beach view from the Room. Room was as good as the pictures. There's a kitchen if you also like self catering, and a washing machine. There's also parking but you have to reserve it. I enjoyed my stay here.
The room is stunning, and the decor is modern and clean and tasteful, like it's fallen straight out of a magazine.
The unit is larger than anything else I've stayed in before.

A dreamy, pet friendly, spacious place. The decor was gorgeous with so much attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom had everything you might need from a self-catering cosy cottage. Husband and I, and our little Jack Russel, loved our stay!
