Minh Cu was extremely friendly and accommodating to our little family. He showed us around sunset village, drove us to some breakfast spots and a few dinners too. I believe he is the owner as well. I would definitely stay here again. It goes a long way with me when the owner takes time to make you feel welcome.

So this is long overdue, but we just want to say that we absolutely loved our stay here. Flora, the host, was really sweet and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time. She even gave us a recommendation of where to eat and gave my wife a cute little present! (She also made beautiful jewelries so do check 'em out!) The room was clean and exactly looked like the pictures. It was spacious and airy, and we particularly loved the bathtub + the beautiful Balcony. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend for one more day

The host was super nice and helpful. We stay 4 days 3 nights. Great value for the price. Perfect location in Grandworld with walking distance to night market, restaurant, Bai Dai beach and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. We have 3 adults and 2 kids. We got 2kings and 2 queen bed room. The bedding materials was very comfy. The room was super big and exceptional clean with beautiful and quiet setting of the resort. A bonus, you can order the laundry with unbeatable pricing.

Staff was super quick to respond to all of our questions / requests, specially Tran <3 who handled most of our stay and is such a pro! The room was spacious and facing the pool, the bathroom was big and comfortable to shower in. The AC worked perfectly, the room has large glass windows and door that can be covered with sheer and blackout curtains, which is nice for choosing how much light / visibility you want. The pool was nice to swim in, there is a playground for kids in the back which is nice because parents can enjoy and people with no kids (like me) are not disturbed at all. It's just north of Duong Dong, we did everything by Grab but there is a free bus going everywhere from the hotel's door basically. Also a good supermarket 1min walk from it.
We felt very good here, well treated and cared for, the room was always clean and the value for the money is unbeatable.
PS. We came here after 2 very deceptive bookings (from booking.com) and a lot of cross research because Phu Quoc is quite tricky with accommodation. If you feel in the same situation (like everything might be a scam), this place will save you!

We had the panorama view Deluxe room in the A-building and the views were amazing. The hotel service itself was rather basic compared to other 3-4 star hotels. The breakfast was good and so was the private beach and the pool. There was daily some music at the beach and some activities. The location from the hotel to the night market was less than 2km, if you rent a motorcycle then you can get around quite easily.
The resort is really huge, comprises of 3 different areas (hotel + apartment + villa).
We stayed at the apartment. It is quite new, stylish, quiet, spacious studio.
Staffs are very polite and attentive.
The Vietnamese restaurant was good.
We have 2 options to have breakfast at the either the hotel or the serviced apartment.
We tried both and reckon the food variety at the hotel is better as they are much more crowded.
Service of front desk manager was excellent . I had some complains about hotel service while i was staying sailing club. when I deliver this complain to front office manager, she was very helpful to solve the problem or compensate the problem. it was surprisingly nice gesture which indeed how 5 hotel should handle the problems. \
i think when we stay at hotels ,,, even 5 star hotel as guest we will have some problem and complains . but sailing club resort is willing to deal and help the problem.
Everything. The hotel is so great. I will not reveal all the cards ;) From the very arrival we experienced only comfort and relaxation. Cozy streets of the bungalow, the bungalow itself is beautifully equipped, the outdoor shower is great, the shower stuff smells amazing (where do you guys buy them?), great food, comfortable and fast round trip transfer. Very close to WinWonders.
The staff helped me with a special request even though it was not included in the hotel service.
