The location is superb. Easily within walking distance of the White House, Washington Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, the Reflective Pool, the WWII Memorial, and the Vietnam Memorial. Also, the City Transit System (Bus/Subway) was in very close proximity and a host of eateries. The apartment was decently furnished, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space.

The apartment is superb, well equipped, all equipment is functioning well, from dish wash machine to laundry machine and smart tv. We felt ourselves home away from home. The location is good, close to bus stop and train station to everywhere you want to go.

Great apartment near Catholic University. We stayed a week for our sons to have soccer camp at Catholic University. Apartment was about a mile away from the field so we were able to walk there each day. Very clean and comfortable. Internet is excellent- I was able to remote work without any issue. Short walk to subway and restaurants.
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
High quality mattress. Huge apartment with full kitchen. Excellent location. Will return if on next visit to DC. Will consider trying other offerings in same hotel/serviced apartment group.
Location was perfect for where I needed to be, but I found the price on the high side. These are serviced apartments which you can also book as a hotel room -- mini fridge and kitchen etc -- which probably explains the pricing.
I liked it all. The hotel service, the location, and the staff were impeccable. The front desk service was great. When I needed some information or asked for a taxi, they promptly assisted me. The room was always neat and clean.
This is an all suites hotel and the price/value for what you get could not be better. The rooms are big 1 bdr apartments and they're well equipped. Location is fantastic. Hotel staff is friendly and the place is not too big. I would return!
