Serviced Apartments in Venice

Not much. My wife and I stayed at this old and damp resort from 2nd November until 17th November. We had nothing but trouble. First of all, the tvs in the our apartment (unit3) did not work and we had cable engineers coming in and out of our apartment for many days trying to get them working. There was no wardrobe in the bedroom, only a rail in a very small alcove in another part of the apartment. The resort is about 70 years old and damp which made the clothes damp. In fact, there is a can of something or other in the apartment that apparently helps with damp. There was always a damp smell. After struggling through the first week, on Saturday 9th November when we got back to the apartment at about 5 pm we found most of the apartment under water. The management were called and we were taken to a hotel for the night which meant taking some of our personal possessions (including insulin for my wife who is type 1 diabetic) with us which was very inconvenient. The next day we were put into another apartment (unit 1) and stayed there until 13th November. We were then told that we could go back to our original apartment as the leak had been repaired. We were not keen on going back to our original apartment but we had no option as nothing else at the resort was available. All this disruption ruined our holiday and some of our clothes were soiled and shoes ruined.

Addy’s is well situated for beach & restaurant access. I love the Old Florida look of the cottages combined with modern conveniences. The guest laundry is a nice touch and the pool is clean, tidy with excellent patio furniture. The staff are friendly and helpful Very relaxing experience

Simplicity, well-equipped, location, despite Milton everything is more than good.

Location was perfect! Accommodations fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located with a very short walk from Sieta Key beach. Furthermore, it is very close to restaurants, supermarket and souvenir shops for tourists. The room is very comfortable and well equipped, with pleasant decor. When we were staying we noticed that the hotel was in an advanced stage of renovations due to Hurricane Milton, but this was not an impediment to our great stay.

Great place, fully equipped. Really close to beach and the siesta keys village. Hosts very responsive when we had a problem and solved it within an hour
