Everything was just perfect. First off is the location - the property is very well located for all the local amenities, most walkable, and is super easy to travel around by car. The quality of the property and the room is exceptional, and super luxurious, I can't recommend this property enough. The staff are really friendly, very helpful and so accommodating, they couldn't do enough to help.

This property is awesome. Chris communicated with us every step of the way. The decorations are spectacular. It's tastefully done and every detail is taken care of, from the textured walls and ceiling to animatronic parrot to welcome leias to matching cups. Nice property with pool right under the windows and a yummy cafe. Highly recommend. So immersive with the music and subtle scent as you walk in. Truly another world and perfect for vacation. Want to go back!

This is an aparthotel, and has some good facilities - well-equipped kitchenette, washing machine & drier. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel was more pleasant than most of Tampa.
