Fantastic room in a really convenient location in the heart of San Francisco. Room was pleasant and clean and hotel services were plentiful; the area around the hotel also has great food and convenience stores.
Biggest advantage is hotel service, helpful and kind. Spacious room, beds were very comfortable. Location 2 minute walking from Union square. Neighbourhood buses up to 8 minute walk from hotel can take you to lots of tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel service and staff were perfect. Breakfast was splendid. Location could not be better. Very nice and relaxing hotel lounge. We stayed in this hotel for three nights and enjoyed it a lot ... definitely coming back here when visiting SF again. A very friendly and comfortable hotel to be strongly recommended!
Cost of the room for self catering is fair as you get what you paid for. Public transport made getting around easy and once you got out of the main street the areas were nice.
