I loved the fact the staff was always available. Check-in/out was very smooth. Building offers everything you need in terms of food. In additional, having the apartment cleaned every day was very nice. Laundry works well and apartment was very nice and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, my experience was mixed. The room was incredibly spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped, which made it convenient and comfortable for preparing meals.
However, the stay was overshadowed by the loud ventilation system in the room, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. When I brought this up to the staff, they kindly provided earplugs, but unfortunately, this didn’t fully resolve the issue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

This is a boarding house. No reception, getting the key might take time. No elevator, 3 floors. No changing of sheets or towels. Toilet and shower on the corridor. Good bed. Big clean spacious room with a view on the garden! Airco excellent! Microwave, oven and gasstove! (but incomplete kitchen utensils). Quiet and clean! Walking distance to Penn Station 34th street! I stayed a week, had an excellent time, would surely come again.
Great apt with very comfortable bed (proper mattress, nice bed linen - hotel-like experience), small kitchenette with everything you might need and even more. We stayed on the top (3rd) floor in the apartment with skylight, which added to the charm of the place. Harlem area, tho specific, wasn’t too bad - the street was quiet and we came back by walk from the metro many times and didn’t feel that the area was more dangerous than other areas of the city
Brilliant location for a short stay. Walking distance to Staten Island ferry, Brooklyn bridge, world trade centre and 9/11 memorial. The apartment was perfect for a couple of days - all the basics you need for some simple self catering. The staff were the friendliest! Both in the contact before we arrived and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay there again.
I loved the whole concept of this apartment hotel. We had the one bedroom gourmet which had plenty of room for my husband and I and our teenage son. He loved the bed tucked into alcove with the curtain. The beds were really comfortable. The location was amazing (I really like to be downtown). A 5 min walk to a Whole Foods Market which was handy for picking up food. Only 10min walk to World Trade Centre
We had booked two x 2 bed studio rooms and were upgraded to suites which were lovely, very clean and spacious. Each had a little kitchenette which was a great self catering option especially as there was a supermarket/deli directly across the road. We were 3 minutes walk from the subway which made travelling anywhere really easy. A very friendly nice neighbourhood and friendly staff.who arranged for wine and chocolates in my son’s room for his birthday which was a lovely and much appreciated surprise.
Central location close to the Subway. Breakfast was good albeit a bit hectic, but well run. Friendly room cleaning staff. Tight security at reception, stopping anyone who shouldn't have been there. Well kitted out self-catering room.
Everything about Placemakr Wall Street is exceptional. Clean, spacious, well equipped, self catering accommodation in a great location, close to Brooklyn Bridge, the financial district and transport networks.
