Close to everything, anything we wanted was 10 minutes or less. The bed was very comfortable. And this cannot be said enough especially in the south, the a/c worked great. It was cool, comfortable and reasonably quiet.

Property is located close enough to Canal street yet far enough to not feel congested! Perfect Location! The Lux Cafe is literally a 45 seconds walk. Try the Ultimate Seafood Grits!!! (if you're not allergic to seafood)
This is indeed my go to property whenever I am visiting NOLA. My friend stayed at Le Meridian in a premium room and when she and her fiance came to see this property, they were blown away and wish they chose this property!
Beautiful rooms, my daughter loved the aesthetics... beautiful kitchen, bathroom... everything exceeded my expectations.

Charming hotel in a former sugar warehouse close to many NOLA attractions in the Central/Warehouse District. Rooms have great ambiance...all suites with exposed brick, comfy bed, and a phonograph with retro records added to the charm.

So much space! A quiet apartment, well positioned away from the noise and hubbub of the French Quarter but near enough to walk everywhere to access tours and attractions. Clean and well stocked with nearly everything someone self-catering would wish. The provision of tea and coffee was a bonus together with soaps and other refinements to start. A 15 minute walk to a fantastic supermarket (Rouses) which was almost on a par with the UK Waitrose/Booths.
I would recommend this apartment highly and would certainly use it again.
We got a good deal on the room. All rooms are small suites, so it was very spacious. Good water pressure. Breakfast was nothing special, but good enough so we didn't have to buy breakfast. Good for a work trip.
Without any doubt the nicest place we have ever stayed, either hotel or self catering. Beautiful building in a convenient location with soaring ceilings and fabulous decor. Superb facilities.
The accommodation is a spacious and modern self catering apartment. Almost didn't want to leave it to explore NOLA because it was so comfortable. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of NOLA, walking distance to most places and great local bars and restaurants. Having a washing machine was great! Aircon was great. Bed was amazing.

The bed was a triple the space was amazing and the kitchen well equipped, with a free washer dryer inside, which was great for us where travelling around.
There was a small pool up top and chill out rooftop, which was great for dipping in after a hot day.
The location was perfect, just a 5 min walk from Bourbon street in the French Quarters and only 10 min walk to a big supermarket Rouses for anyone self catering.
