Great host! Always available and fantastic communication! The location was the first half of our first stay in Kauai (did the second half on the north shore) and the location was perfect! The host gave a ton of helpful information about where to go for activities and scenic views. The location was great for any grocery shopping needs and wanting to take walks on the beach and stop in on local stores. The facility had a great pickle ball court which added to our fun!

Great location and relaxing vibe. Excellent price. We were also kindly upgraded to an oceanfront room. The hotel is a bit outdated/older, furniture too, but in good condition and clean. Loved the market store across the way, and Lava Lave Grill next door. The poolside bar is convenient too.

Beautiful grounds! Everything was very well maintained. Easy access to beach and Lounge chairs on the lawn.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Liked self catering. The kitchen was great we gave it a workout. The location was great we were able to get out onto the highway from here easy. The shopping centre was 7 mins up the road. We liked the pool too.
