M'ha agradat tot del Sonder. Facilitat pel check in, pel check out , instal·lacions netes, còmodes, amb unes vistes a la Willis Tower fantàstiques.... vaig tenir un problema amb la televisió, i la resposta via chat va ser ràpida i eficient.... tot i la independència que et proporciona aquest tipus d'allotjament, vaig poder comprovar com de ràpid i bé responen si tens qualsevol dubte.

L'amplitud de l'habitació principal i els menatges de cuina, la facilitat per poder menjar en el mateix apartament. També la bona ubicació respecte a punts d'interès turístic i ben comunicat.
Ens van donar una bonica habitació amb vistes al pis 17. L'habitació era àmplia, còmode, neta i bonica. Teniem un espai on poder menjar. L'ubicació del hotel és molt bona, al centre del Loop Downtown de Chicago. Jo hi tornaria, sens dubte.
L’hotel era tranquil i no se sentíen sorolls. El noi que ens va atendre a l’ arribar, el Pedro, va ser molt amable i molt correcte en tots els aspectes.
Excel•lent ubicació, prop dels punt turístics més importants del downtown i de totes les línies de metro.
L'hotel és el què esperes pel preu que es paga.
L'hotel està super ben situat, a prop de restaurants, botigues, la zona turística, etc. Vam poder caminar per tot el downtown de Chicago sense haver d'agafar transport públic.
Aquí també ens van fer l'habitació cada dia !!, molt bé el personal de neteja i de recepció.
