Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
We were a group of 8 people, rented both cottages on the property and had the entire place to ourselves. Cottages are well-equipped, we brought our own food and comfortably stayed for two days fully self-catering. Two barbeque facilities and a fire pit, all overlooking the river Nile. Comfortable beds. Hot water. Birds everywhere. Lovely swimming pool. Foot path leading down to the river. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Will definitely stay again!
The place was well equipped for self catering , rooms were very spacious ,clean and the views are breathtaking. the manager ensured we were guided to the place even though we arrived rather late in the night .I sure will be returning
