Staff is generally friendly and not annoying.
Ground level parking with the elevator to the apartment's floor. It's great choice, if you travelling with bikes, you can part and maintain them right in the parking.
Kitchen has basic equipment for cooking (but I would still suggest to take your own knife and pan).

good condition, beautiful rooms and proper service
The hotel, the view, and the hotel service were just outstanding. Special thanks to the reception girl for all the help. We were also very pleased to use the short transfer from the reception at the bottom of the hill to the hotel which is actually on the very top. It's really handy when you're coming back from a long walk.
Everything is in high quality. We had a perfect week at Bukas Apart Hotel! It was great that we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Also very nice gesture of Hotel that you can make coffee or hot chocolate in reception anytime you want. Our room was cleaned everyday. Location for skiers are PERFECT!! Thank you, Bukas staff, for everything!
Fantastic place for a large family self-catering. Very comfortable place, and excellent support from staff. They went the extra mile for us. Good beds, good views, lots of space, very clean, free coffees in the morning. Use of BBQ facilities on a terrace - excellent.
