Staff are very pleasant gave me a birthday cake and always helpful .Hotel driver and Manager were exceptional nice. , Hotel is neat and accessible to city center. However this is not a 5star hotel .It is more of a 3star Hotel in a busy neighbourhood. Be ready to be woken up by noise from the nearby mosque every day.

The breakfast was a lot, and variety. The apartment was clean and upon arrival the reception staff was friendly and well informed about my arrival. The customer service was very good, they were kind enough and polite too. It was a total value for money. I also liked the proximity of the apartment to almost all restaurants and beach hotels around.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Clean, good facilities, including pool, TV and everything needed for self-catering. Good, central location between city centre and Oyster Bay. Great WiFi.
Good value for money, good internet connection in the unit, clean and well serviced apartment, good space to rest. Recommended as an alternative to airport terminal layover but the residential area around the compound does not offer much to the traveler as it is far from the city center and it is a 15/20 minute drive from the airport. If you decide to stay at this villa and you do not know how to get there, I recommend using the airport pick up and drop off service offered by the villa.

This is one of the best Apartment hotel in Dar es salam, rooms are magnificent and i cant wait to come back again for the second time. Breakfast was perfect we had what we liked, And the owner was able to help us on pick up arrangements and drop us back , This is 5***** you Must visit.
All i can say just call them or email them ask for pick up arrangement and they will pick you up and drop you back for the better & cheap price..
This is a clean, spacious, comfortable non-fussy serviced apartment. It is not an apartment hotel with a manned reception desk. The decor and appointments are a little more simple and practical than a very touristy place. For my needs and purposes it is great and plan to stay again on my return trip.
All was perfect. It's value for money to get 3 BHK apart hotel at this price. The location is prime, the property is big, beautiful and well maintained.
