The communication with the staff was excellent, even though they managed everything remotely via the LINE app. They were able to help us out with some issues that we had. Location of the hotel is great, too, of course.

Location was great, next to two famous bar in Tainan (TCRC and PHOWA). There is also parking garage at the property (need reservation). Though the street is very small, so you cannot easily get to the building with a large car.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also provided several recommendations nearby (like places to visit or food spots)
One thing, if you are going to have the famous beef soup, don’t visit Tainan on a Monday. :)
