The owner of this hotel incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property was well looked after, scenic and private. The actual apartment was very spacious and has everything you need, with free Wi-Fi, we really like to spend time in the balcony from which we could see the amazing sunsets . Liked the convenient location close to the major attractions. There were also 2 dogs ( Leo and Snoofy) which we enjoyed the company of. We’ve got a recommendation from the owner about a family owned restaurant served the delicious Turkish breakfast, which was situated in the hills with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute, probably the best and most complete holiday arrangement we have ever had! Excellent and efficient! Just to say “Thank you Kargin”!!!

The host was very responsive and helpful. Even though we booked last minute, he promptly responded when contacted and even upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment. The apartment had all amenities, including washing machine and even detergent and the smallest of things were taken care of which was very helpful. The view from the top floor of the apartment was truly breathtaking and my favourite part of the apartment.

Location was good, very close to the claim shopping area but located on a slope so very difficult to walk around locally. I got a free upgrade from a studio to an apartment which was amazing.🤩 the spa facilities were perfect beautiful and the spa packages were very reasonably priced. One of the cheapest I’ve seen in Europe. The breakfast election was good with options of fresh made eggs and omelettes. The stuff at the reception were fantastic, especially when I ordered food or groceries they would bring them directly to my door if the delivery driver didn’t.

The position is super! The staff really want to help. They upgraded me to a suite which gave me lots of space.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Amazing luxury serviced apartments. The sea view room was beautiful. Thanks to all the team, security staff, and John at reception for making this an amazing stay.
- Chic and luxury apartment had everything you need: dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge, toaster, fully equipped kitchen, safe, towels, dryer, vacuum, and bed cover.
- On site parking as we rented a car (A must as the city is not walkable)

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sun Garden Apart Hotel. We impressed with the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Aside from the cleanliness factor, the hotel was also a great place to stay overall. The location was convenient and easy to find, and the owner of the hotel Mr Abdurrahman Kargi was very helpful and and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
Excellent facilities for a holiday with family (or friends), especially when self-catering is important. The kitchen is well equipped. Very clean rooms.
The grounds are beautiful, very well looked after, lovely flowers. Beautiful vegetable garden.
The swimming pool was great - good size, cleaned every day, pleasant water, the family used it every day.
Five-star facilities with a six-star service. Mr Kargin and his staff were so friendly, kind and responsive. We much appreciated this.
