The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. Couch and bed very comfortable. The building has a lovely garden that smells like jasmine flowers and you can hear the sound of the waves from a nearby beach (which has amazing sunset and which you can reach by foot in a couple minutes, if one day you don’t feel like driving). Very breezy, with great air circulation which meant we didn’t even turn the a/c on. This id a family business that started in 2023 and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although it’s not in the centre, the town is a very short drive away. Highly recommended!

Hassan and his daughter are very nice and kind. Whatever we needed, they were always very willing to help. We always had a great dinner and breakfast. We really enjoyed the amazing trip around the surrounding sea in a boat.

Definitely Top1 of the places I’ve stayed at. Totally wonderful place to stay. New apart hotel with incredible view, welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere. This is the place to rest.
Kitchen is not totally equipped yet, but you anyway need a car to get here, so not a problem to get food in the city.
Check the directions, as I had some problems to reach the place at first.
However, the helpful owner and workers did their best to make me feel welcomed.
Wonderful apartments, super clean, super sleek, great views, about a 15 minute walk from a variety of different beaches including sand, pebble and boardwalk. A lot of good food and stores around, and a short walk to the city center. Would definetly recommend this aparthotel, it was great in just about every way.
Self catering apartment in the centre of the city, walking distance of everything. Well equipped kitchen with two plate cooker, microwave, fridge and dish washer. Airconditioning in the lounge-kitchen area and in the bedroom. Nice big bathroom with modern amenities. Parking available on the streets around the apartment. We never had a problem in finding parking. Very nice common area with seating.
The suite was modern and well equipped/supplied. Really appreciated having a washing machine during our stay. First time I have seen a dishwasher in an apartment hotel. We never met the manager, but he/she was quick to respond to WhatsApp messages and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early as our apartment was ready. WIFI worked well.
The penthouse was basically a brand new serviced apartment with great amenities, a beautiful terrace and lots of privacy. But it’s run by the family B&B which gives it a great personal atmosphere.

This is a superb apartment! It has a wonderful sea view from the terrace. The apartment is newly built & decorated with great style. It is comfortable, very well equipped & excellent value-for-money. The apartment is close to good shops for self-catering & there is a Dolmus service into Kas centre every 15 minutes. And you can walk to Big Pebble Beach in 30 minutes. The host is kind & helpful. We recommend the apartment wholeheartedly!
Excellent apartment hotel in the very center of Kaś. super close to everything & above a gym which was great . Cleaning every day was the best Iv seen in any hotel .

It was what you would expect a real apart hotel to be - clean, with two air conditioners, new washing machine, Ikea furniture, felt like we rented a flat and not a hotel room. There were all the necessary kitchen appliances and even some salt and pepper. The location is perfect too. Did not smell of cigarettes!
