Fab location a doable walk to and from the old town. The hill was not as bad as expected!
Right next to 2 great supermarkets and a lovely new coffee shop which had only just opened.
Property grounds were maintained very nicely by the friendly facilities man. Pools were spotless. Very efficient AC too.
Modern apartments with comfy beds and good Wifi. Good size accommodation and didn’t feel busy. Lots of sun loungers by the pool with plenty of sun or shade to choose from.
Best part was the private little pool giving us the comfort of a villa without the extra expense making this quite a unique place. Views of hillside were also nice.

Great location, the beach is 10 min down the street, bus station to Kas 200 meters from the apartment, a small shop with drinks and some stuff is very close to the house, very cute garden, olive trees, lavender♥️an oven and everything you need in the kitchen♥️very friendly host♥️

A beautiful apartment with everything one might need. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer, a spacious bedroom, air conditioning in every room and a nice view from the balcony made our stay very comfortable and carefree. There’re at least 3 supermarkets within a 5-7min walk. The staff is really welcoming and always helpful!

Wonderful, cozy place, great staff, special thanks to Mustafa. He is super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. We had a room, fully equipped and with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Portioned breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace in the fresh air and again with beautiful views of the sea, mountains, and islands. 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the center of Kash by car. It would be difficult to go up and down 2 km. I definitely recommend this place , especially if you are traveling by car.

Amazing place to stay in a magical town of Kaş. Everything exactly like on photos. Very clean and cozy apartment. Super friendly host and a great location right in the middle of town. At the same time, very quiet. I had a beautiful view on the neighboring yards (with flowers and a lemon tree) and a giant rock above the town. It was a loveliest week ever in this place for me!
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The apartment was comfortable and well located about 15-20 minutes from the town.... grocery stores were even closer. There was plenty of outdoor space with several balconies/terraces to choose from, all with stunning views over Kalkan. The apartment itself was well stocked for self catering, had excellent air-con (needed in 40°+ heat) and comfortable beds. Overall a very comfortable stay!
Good spacious accomodation, with good facilities for a self catering holiday. The resort itself has good facilities with sea sundecks platforms, swimming pools, spa and restaurants. Supermarket near to resort, and close by in Kalcan. The property owner could not be more helpful in every way. Superb views of Kalkan and the sea from the apartment balcony.
