We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The owner and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was super comfortable and had everything we needed, they allow to use their kitchen if there’s a need to cook something quickly. The service was excellent and the staff from the reception was very kind. We definitely recommend this place 100%.

Perfect location , especially if you have business with LANDCOM (2 minute walk), the Internet is very stable and fast, hotel crew has poor English, but with Google translate and their will to help no communication problems. The room was perfect for a week and has the space if you need to do some work. pizza hut and dominos at 100 meters, several Turkish restaurants, and coffee/tea places. Taxi easy to get (in minutes).
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
It is a very nice aparthotel with lots of things to do at the place, pool, restaurant, cafe, gym, games, shop, and the staff is very kind, especially Osman, who helped me add my wife in the single room for 2 days, in exchange for a smaller fee.
The AC is working very well and that is important during summer. It was not far from metro. The rooms are furnished well and it is relaxing. I think I had a good price because of last minute booking, because I had to move from another apartment.

The Hotel Service was exceptionally! Rooms very modern and stylish. The first place in turkey where I got fresh pressed orange juice for breakfast. Also, complimentary mini bar. Location is very central and perfect to explore Izmirs old town.
Parking was free of charge and excellently serviced (valet)
The road side room was a little noisy and the restaurant prices are way too high.
All in all a good choice if you visit Izmir.

Very cozy apartment hotel. Wonderful location on the edge of the marina, near a small beach, playground, cafe, promenade. Five minutes walk to the fortress. The rooms are very clean, there is a kitchen, a good view of the marina. The managers are very friendly and always ready to help. There is always someone at the reception, so you feel very safe and welcome. WiFi is great.
