Family driven location. Son (Erol) is running the hotel, but supported from his wife and parents. All is very family friendly. Erol is also very supportive when it comes to activity questions, even supports when you want to arrange a balloon flight. The rooms are cozy and clean. Next shopping mall is approx. 1.5 km away. To city center is even also not that far. You can make daily trips starting from here. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is incredible! The staff is kind and welcoming, they helped us with our excursions around Cappadocia. Hotel services are great, swimming in the indoor pool was a great experience and of course the cave rooms are unique! Thank you Carus for your hospitality!
the panorama is wonderful and the rooms are large and carved into the rock. We used the hotel facilities to book excursions. we were were satisfied with the hotel service

Fantastic cave hotel. Recommend upgrading to a junior suite as it was well worth it. The hotel service was fantastic and met all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Breakfast was great and included. The restaurant was good for lunch / dinner as well

Also mention to the smiley breakfast lady who brought us such lovely sumptuous breakfasts every morning. Family room is in a cave and deliciously cool in August heat. The view from the roof terraces is stunning. Really great shower!!! Comfy beds.

Had such a wonderful time staying there! You can enjoy the great Panoramic :) view while having a breakfast or drinking a cup of tea in the evening! Personnel is always so cheerful and helpful that it feels like being in a family. My special hello to Ibrahim (breakfast man), who is a very kind man and know everything about good service. Rooms are authentic and give you feel of staying in a hotel-like cave :)
