It's one of my favorite places in Turkey!
I intended to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8. The place was spotless and comfortable, with a sparkling pool, well-equipped kitchen, accommodating host and staff, and adorable, well-mannered pets. There were ample cookware and plates, but no spices, oil, etc. in the kitchen, however, the host provided necessities upon request.
The property was a 15-minute walk to the city center or a 5-7-minute bike ride away, but for the price/value, it was a good trade-off. I enjoyed the walks and bike rides and taking in the scenery and fauna. I looked at a few other places in my price point and determined this was the best - the others would have been quite noisy with fewer amenities.
There is a small, well-stocked grocery/bottle shop nearby called Mutaroglu.
A thoughtful, hearty, and delicious breakfast was included every day, different each time.

Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped. Hot shower water with pressure, decent quiet location but still in walking distance to city center, comfy mattress in main bedroom.

We've been to Dalyan every year for the past ten and this was by far the best accommodation. Large well decorated apartment and immaculately clean. Fantastic pool area with a great bar and plenty of shade. Location could not be better, right in town a stones throw from our favorite bars, restaurants and the river boats, and yet quiet and peaceful.
Lale and the rest of the staff could not do enough for us, a warm welcome on arrival, attentive service at the bar, arranging sun beds for us, providing an excellent breakfast, even when I got up at noon on one day! ... nothing was too much trouble.
This is the first time we've booked our next stay before we even left ... can't wait to return in October!

Beautiful family running this spotlessly clean apart hotel. Smaller establishment made our stay more intimate and got to know all the other guests, much better than a large hotel.

Great location, close enough to the town but far away enough to be quiet. The house is perfect, the ground floor is more traditional Turkish decor while the 1st floor rooms are recently refurbished to a high standard and modern.
The garden is private, large and the pool is a perfect size. The house has everything you need for that home from home feeling and fully catered for self catering as you'd expect.
We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave, we will be back!
A smart Aparthotel a short distance outside Dalyan in a superbly quiet setting. The host was helpful, the place is well equipped and comfortable, and only a five minute drive from town and in the other direction, a superb beach
Lovely villa in great location, just 15 mins walk to river, bars and restaurants. We loved lounging by the pool and the garden with all of the plants and fruit trees (and a few very friendly cats!) Nice residential area and felt very safe walking home in the dark. The villa was a good size and had everything needed for self catering. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the bbq due to all the nice restaurants near by but hopefully next time. Would definitely return.

Excellent location, right in the cenre of the restaurant and bar area of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good supermarket near by, which was great, as the appartments were self-catering.

Pretty surroundings..tranquil environment..had top floor apart which was awesome..kitchen bathroom bedroom and living area with 2 sofa beds.air conditioned and had balcony over looking pool.eating area.. serves breakfast snacks and evening meals Never stayed before but would def come back 10/10 for us on a self catering holiday.. The location of this apart hotel for us was perfect. Far enough out of town in a residential area to be very quiet but not so far as to be too long a walk .
The family owners are friendly but not overwhelming and very helpful when needed .
