The apartment was well equipped with good toiletries and air con. It was very central to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. There was a very nice atrium/courtyard you could sit in downstairs, they provided a fresh water machine in the communal area.

A great apartment that has all you need for a short vacation.
Our second floor apartment had two balconies and had a lot of light. Be careful about cats though, if you call one-10 will come :-) They climb on your balcony in a second and will ask for care, love and some snacks. These are well-fed city cats, so feel free to pet them.
We travelled in February, so we had to use the air-conditioner on heating mode in the evening, but it's absolutely normal in Türkiye, especially in smaller coastal towns.
Has all the cooking utensils.
