Rude staff, receptionists and security were rude and disrespectful. room was not clean, food very very poor. overall the hotel services are way below the 4 stars rank
The bar tenders were well trained. From the receptionist to room booklets don’t explain well about the hotel services. The hotel was full with too much noise. We only could enjoy costly activities and services. Free or complementary services were always full of people.
