No breakfast as it was self catering apartment. I did not like the bed however, was too hard but Jack was very helpful and put under blankets for me which then made it lovely to sleep on. I do think a more firmer mattress is in order though.. Large room lovely view of the sea, although was a bit far, the bike i hired from the apartment host /*was a must and got me around a lot of pattaya. Lovely pool and kept in excellent shape.
The condo is really wonderful and the flat was modern and fresh. There was everything to cook. I would note that there was a washing machine in the flat, which was awesome. The pool is nice, not deep though. Be advised that it's not a hotel like condo, it's a number of private flats being rented out. So, there is no hotel service.

Perfect stay at Sirin Exclusive hotel. Very luxurious and nice stay at this new condo style apartment hotel 10 min walk to the beach and in a quiet area away from the busy center of Pattaya. Beautiful brand new and cozy rooms, nice swimming pool and fitness room and not to forget the always friendly and helpful staff. It’s actually better than the pictures show here on Booking! Very much recommending this place!
