Good value for money. The bungalow was spacious and light, with everything provided, including a long mirror, shower curtain and hair dryer (which are often forgotten)! Great to have a pool, too, and air conditioning as well as a fan as it was very hot sticky weather. The location is very quiet, despite being only a brief walk to the main street and the beach. Jeff is good hearted and attentive, beneath his bluff Aussie exterior.

At first, for the room with budget THB 650 - THB 670 a night. What type of room do you expect? If it's a 18sqm, AC room, with queen size bed, with hot water shower, drinking water, free coffer at lobby, located on the main road in Chaweng city which you can ride the bike to anywhere isn't it good enough? Eventhough, there is no seaview, no balcony, no swimming pool, no elevator, but that it is really not important comparing to the location and price they charged. It is really more than what I expect.

Large apartment with lots of windows and natural light, so you don't feel trapped in a typical hotel "cell" Fully functioning kitchen and an amazing balcony with comfy furniture and great views of the sea and the walking street. There's also cozy lighting, not hospital lights like many other places have.
I stayed here many times because you can't beat this view and location at this price. Check-in is at the pharmacy on the first floor.
People who pay this little and still complain should be ashamed of themselves 😂

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Only a few mins walk from Lamai strip, lotus only a 10 min walk. Property was amazing! Self catering was a huge bonus they have everything you need! Lots of space in the apartment. Cozy beds. Loved the pool! Each apartment has its own outside space with chairs and tables so no need to fight for a spot! Whole place was beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful! We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect! Deffo will be back!
Lovely stay af Promtsuk Buri, we had a babycot at the room and still had some space. The bathroom has a very nice shower a little downside is that it is open so you have a lot of mosquito. The breakfast is oké, very simple but not that expensive as well. The massage ladies on the beach are friendly and professional. Rooms are close to the beach, but what we missed were some sunbeds (included the hotel service)
Close to the beautiful beach. location is a calm and relaxing. Cheaper than phuket and good for drinkers. Massage Parlours are good. Use Lomprayah Bus and Faerie services if you are traveling by road from Phuket. And must book 150 THB transfer to hotel service and a Scooter for local traveling.
The villa had everything you would need for a self catering stay. Kitchen well supplied ( could do with a tea towel ). Pool towels and shower towels. Shampoo in shower room for arrival.Comfortable seating. Comfortable bed. Very good air con in bedroom. Fan in living area .Seats outside. Pergola type outside for eating or just sitting. 7 Eleven about 100 metres away. Excellent wi fi. Owners very nice. Instead of taxi they took me to my next stay (a lot cheaper than the taxis). Could swim in sea all day (see below).
