At first, for the room with budget THB 650 - THB 670 a night. What type of room do you expect? If it's a 18sqm, AC room, with queen size bed, with hot water shower, drinking water, free coffer at lobby, located on the main road in Chaweng city which you can ride the bike to anywhere isn't it good enough? Eventhough, there is no seaview, no balcony, no swimming pool, no elevator, but that it is really not important comparing to the location and price they charged. It is really more than what I expect.

Great little hotel next to the main road, so close to the shops, restaurants, 7 Eleven & beach etc., but still quiet. We had one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living room with two sofas and a small terrace. The other sofa was also a sofa bed. The apartment was really comfortable and suitable up to four people and a baby (there was also a crib). The pool was big enough to swim and cool down.

Good value for money. The bungalow was spacious and light, with everything provided, including a long mirror, shower curtain and hair dryer (which are often forgotten)! Great to have a pool, too, and air conditioning as well as a fan as it was very hot sticky weather. The location is very quiet, despite being only a brief walk to the main street and the beach. Jeff is good hearted and attentive, beneath his bluff Aussie exterior.

The cleaners were incredibly diligent and cleaned the room twice a week, including mopping the floor, wiping the windows, air conditioning / television remote controls, bathrooms, and so on. They deserve 5 stars.

Parking was also free so it was easy to love around The city.
Owner was so kind and honest that makes Aldo eady to Ask any questions delayed to thai culture or to any extra help. He was kind and well hospitality. He had all answer.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
I loved everything about this resort. Close to amenities yet an oasis of calm. Beautiful pool, amazing huge serviced apartment and the staff, especially Leanne went above and beyond providing exceptional service.:)
Every hotel needs a JOEY! One of the best hotel service staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Supported very ably by Tom and Yut, who drove us around when we had to do our PCRs.
The room is well designed, with lovely teak furniture, the pool is really nice to have a swim, and the landscape is wonderful.
One of the cleanest and best kept resorts on the island, and we have seen quite a few!
But Joey and his gang....without them, it wouldn't be so nice!
