Our room just nearby the reception so we don’t have to use stairs or elevator 😊 facing a nice swimming pool. We don’t really have the time to use it because we booked mainly for EDC. To walk from Boat Avenue is around 20minutes.

We stayed one night on arrival after travelling. It was easy to check in, the staff were helpful, the room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Location is good, not far from boat avenue.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is only 10 minutes walk to kamala beach and near to 7e, mcd, big C and Tops, also lots of food shop nearby and walkable distance. Next to hotel there is bar where you can chill. The room we booked is very spacious.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Fabulous hotel ,option of self catering or eating out in hotel and lot s of local restaurants. The pool area was great and had different events going on in evening. Food was excellent. Atm on site.The staff are quick to react to anything that is thrown at them.ie weather and as for accommodating us they were superb nothing was too much.
Wonderful room - was like a service apartment, with kitchen, a toile accessible from both living room and bedroom. Lots of facilities to use, even though I didn't use the swimming pools. Enjoyed the free shuttle boat to the beach area, and the fact there is an e-foil vendor. Breakfast had large selection but was rather pricey.
Residences are self-catering! Breakfast at Cassia Hotel was quite expensive so we bought our own food & just ate out at dinner time! Prior to this we stayed 5 nights in Residence 1 which was not very comfortable. This unit in Residence 2 lived up to the photos as shown on line. The bed was more comfortable & we felt very relaxed for our stay.

Location was good with view of the lagoon! Residences are self-catering & Cassia Hotel breakfasts are quite expensive, so we provided for ourselves & just went out for dinner.
Very large hotel / self catering room with kitchen and comfortable beds, would be perfect for long stay guests who wish to cook for themselves during their stay
host was amazing. locked my keycard in room and she came late in the evening to deliver a new one. Great location as away from busy areas. Scooter hire was easy and cheap just next door. Apartment was so clean and huge for what we needed. Fantastic. Self catering was easy if required. Pool areas and gym top.
