The deluxe room on level 1 was connected to the pool and it was very pretty, the price was worth it and the service was excellent. The location is on a hill so do not walk here. The toilets were sanitary. The room was big although the beds were harder than normal so suitable for people with back issues.

Hotel location is ideal, near to jungceylon mall and bangla street and patong beach. Every facility is nearby. Hotel services and breakfast was good. Staff was cooperative.

Had a great time here; everything exceeded expectations. The view, staff, and food were all excellent. The facilities are top-notch. They also have a treasure program where you can top up and get extra money to use for hotel services. All staff here are very helpful, and food delivery times are less than 15 minutes. They even offer a shuttle bus service to Patong Beach, which is cheaper compared to Grab or Bolt. Loved and enjoyed the trip. Definitely will come back here soon.
This is an extremely clean and comfortable apartment hotel room located centrally in Patong Beach. I would highly recommend these rooms to budget or short-term travellers.
Fast check-in, not in your face service, host Anasura available if any issues by phone, room/apt was huge, cool, smart TV, good WiFi, wide window/door frontage, chairs + loungers × 2, quiet, up the hill (good aerobic exercise), swimming pool, kitchen facilities for self catering, No. 6 restaurant 100m up hill and breakfast inc. eggs any style, toast, butter/jam, water melon, tea/coffee and yoghurt. Bottom of hill 7/11 & before end on right outdoor shop selling beer anytime vs. restricted hours.
The quality of the hotel services was high! All employees were nice and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel pools were extraordinary, especially the infinity one looking to the beach. The restaurants were amazing, the breakfast was diverse and delicious! The room was comfortable.
The bed was very comfortable and when the ac wasn't working the changed the room for us. The hotel is more like an apartment hotel. And is very close to patong beach (5 min walk) and very close to the main strip. The hotel has laundry service and moped hire service
We stayed in the mood room - large! Clean! The hotel service is brilliant with all the staff so accommodating. The restaurant is fantastic - all the meals are very nice! We enjoyed our stay!
